  Don't bother unless you're going to use their online system.
  
  I was ahead of the larger crowed that came in and watched as I was passed up 4 times while people who walked right in got their service first. After an hour I left. Not the Great Clips I had remembered going to years before. What kind of service is this where those who are using online systems get treated first and you let customers who are already there and waiting....
  
  It also didn't help that there were at least 7 empty chairs and only one stylist doing hair cuts. -- during a normal peak time when you'd think they'd be staffed and ready.
